Discovering and capturing the world has given me a lot of fulfilment, but nothing felt better than providing the same opportunities to other people! Taking guests around the world has been the perfect way for me to give back to the travel community!
Tour Leading Services
can i take the lead?

I have already led multiple group trips as a tour leader across different countries, working with travellers of all ages and backgrounds. In addition to my professional experience, I have developed extensive personal travel experience across five continents, which has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills. Next to that I have joined many tours as a freelance photographer for travel companies and managed to learn a lot from those tour leaders.
Alongside this, I have worked as a wedding photographer for the past five years. Suprisingly enough, this role has taught me how to operate under tight schedules, manage high-pressure situations where there is little room for error, and confidently coordinate large groups of people whom I may have only just met. These experiences have helped me remain calm, organised, and adaptable. Qualities that I have shown to be essential for a successful tour leader.

As a tour leader, my style is much more caring and approachable than strict or military-like. I focus on creating a positive group atmosphere, making sure everyone feels welcome, informed, and comfortable throughout the trip. While there are situations that require firmness and clear direction, I believe that when things are running smoothly, people should be free to enjoy their experience without feeling like they are back in school.
A strong group dynamic is very important to me, which is why I pay close attention to anyone who may be feeling left out or disconnected from the group. Even when the group bonds naturally, I see it as my responsibility to ensure that every individual feels included and valued. Creating a supportive and enjoyable environment is at the heart of my approach as a tour leader.

Starting with the basics, of course! In my experience, it’s often the simple things, making sure everyone has enough water, helping with luggage, and looking after the group’s overall comfort, that make the biggest difference. Even during the most adventurous parts of a trip, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, supported, and well cared for will always be my main priority.

Over the past seven years, I have travelled extensively, with a particular passion for exploring destinations that lie beyond the usual tourist routes. These experiences have often involved navigating more challenging and less predictable travel environments, helping me develop strong problem-solving and organisational skills. Having visited over 90 countries, I have gained firsthand experience across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

Since I was born and raised in Belgium, I am fluent in the country's two main languages: Dutch and French. In recent years, English has become the language I use most often, and I am highly comfortable communicating in it. I am currently learning Spanish as well, although it will take some time before I become confident in it.

One of my greatest strengths is combining tour leading and content creation. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience leading groups while simultaneously capturing high-quality photos and videos throughout the journey. This unique combination allows travellers to fully immerse themselves in the experience while receiving professional visual memories of their trip, and it provides tour operators and organisations with a valuable library of authentic promotional content.
